摘　　要：本文提出偏振相移干涉栅投影技术并成功地用于三维物面形状和大变形物体的位移测量，得到较为满意的实验结果。A new shearing interferometer with real We time polarization phase - shiftingtechnique is proposed and discussed. Its applications to the measurement of 3 - D shapes anddisplacement of large deformation are demonstrated and the results indicate the validaty of thepresent technique.
