碘水剂造影在急腹症的应用（附200例报告）

摘　　要：本文报告２００例急腹症使用碘水剂造影检查，其中胃肠道出血４９例，穿孔３７例，完全及不全梗阻１１０例，瘘管形成４例。９５％病例经过造影明确了诊断及病变部位和性质。并讨论了此方法的适应症及禁忌症。hundred abdominat emergency examined with iodinated water soluble contrast were reported inthis paper,G I bleeding 49 cases,perforation 37 cases,perfect and partial obstruction 110 cases,fistule formation 4case 95% cases have an accurate diagnosis by this examined method,and offers the position and character of the disease. We also discussed the indication and caution of this method.
