摘 要:本文研究了Al-Cu合金的热裂倾向性,结果表明,合金在凝固温度范围内的强度和断裂应变的大小不能说明合金热裂倾向性的大小。合金的热裂倾向性与热脆区间和在热脆区内强度增长率有关,热脆区越大或强度增长率越大,越容易在热节区产生集中变形,合金的热裂倾向性也大。In this paper,the hot cracking tendency of Al-Cu alloys is investigated. The results suggest that the magnitudes of the strength and failure strain of the' alloys during solidification are not likely to be related to the hot cracking tendency. The tendency is in ralation to the extent of temperature range of hot brittleness and the rate of strength increase in this temperature range. A wider temperature range or a faster rate of increasing strength in that range would result in an easier formation of concentrated strain, and hence a more serious tendency to hot crack.
