摘　　要：本文根据自己部分资料结合文献主要从病理学角度对骨硬化、骨软化、骨疏松以及两种以上病变并存的诊断问题提出一些讨论意见。放射学与组织学诊断的不一致常由于该两专业的局限性。应提倡多学科相结合，普及临床活体骨组织检查以提高诊断的准确率。According to our autopsy findings and especially the reports in the references,this paper hadpathologically discussed the diagnoses of osteosclerosis,osteomalacia,osteoporosis and more than two lesionsfrom above existing simultaneousl The inconsistent conclusions from radiological and histological exanuna-tions resulted from the limitations of each speciality. Therefore, combination of multiple subjects should bepromoted and clinical bone biopsy should be popularized to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
