摘　　要：４０例腰椎小关节造影中发现８例椎弓峡部不连，造影具有特征性表现。可见邻近关节、对侧关节或硬膜外腔同时显影。在关节内注入局麻药和类固醇激素后，腰腿痛可以缓解。因此，腰椎小关节造影和封闭为诊断和治疗椎弓峡部不连提供了一个有效的方法。Eight cases of spondylolysis were confirmed in 40 cases of lumbar facet joint arthrogra-phy. They have peculiar arthrograpbic appearances :concurrent opacification of the adjacent joint , opposite jointor epidural space through the defect. Back pain and sciatica of the patient might be relieved after intra-articularinjection of anesthetics and steroids.Therefote ,lumbar facet joint arthrography and block may provide an effec-tive method for the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar spondylolysis.
