摘  要:粉的级配与粒形、涂料的粘度与屈服值同时优化的“双优”石英粉是既保持“双峰”粉优点,又便于批量生产的优质粉。文中着重从流变学角度探讨球磨效率、参数影响及于、湿磨特点。生产试验表明:其铸件表面粗糙度可达Ra>1.25~2.5μm以上。The 'dual-optimum' silica powder, which both in the size distribution and the particle shape and in the coating viscosity and the coating yield stress are optimum, not only maintains the good properties of the artificial bimodal distribution powder, but also is convenient in mass-production. The efficiency of ball grinding (ratio of fine powder increase) , the influence of milling parameters and the characteristics of wet as well as dry grinding have mainly been discussed in rheology. It is showed in practice that the smooth finish of rhe casting surface is Ra>1.25~2.5um
