从丝虫病淋巴管(结)炎的特殊临床表现分析其发病原因

摘　　要：在马来丝虫病流行区调查时，曾收集到有特殊临床表现的淋巴管（结）炎病例，其中有离开流行区即停止发作的，有服海群生后导致发作的，有患腿继发感染并严重化脓后获痊愈的，也有继发细菌感染而诱发的。作者举出７个典型病例，试图对丝虫病流行区常见的急性淋巴管（结）炎的病因进行分析，作为一个方面的论证资料。During studying clinical signs and symptoms of lymphadenitis and lymphangitis (generally named lymphangitis in this paper) in an epidemic area of malayan filariasis, there were special clinical manifestations and courses found in some patients. Through their clinical features, the pathogenesis and onset factors of lympbangitis were analysed and taken as demonstrative data.Seven-cases of five types were selected. All of them had typical and recurrent lymphangitis in one leg or both lower limbs. Case 1: When he moved to a non-epidemic area, his lymphangitis discontinued as long as 35 years, but after he returned to the previous place for 2 years, his lymphangitis recurred every year. Cases 2 and 3: They were treated with diethylcarbamazine for symptoms of this disease. After they were given one and three courses respectively, a severe onset of lymphangitis was induced in both of them. Cases 4 and 5: As they once suffered from severe abscess in the sick lower limbs with secondary bacterial infection due to an accidental injury, afterwards one case showed the discontinuation of lymphangitis for 7 years, whereas the other case for 15 years. Case 6: She was complicated with elephantiasis in the right leg.She once had a mild scratch injury in the sick leg, resulting in secondary bacterial infection,and was attacked with lymphangitis. Case 7: She had pregnancy seven times. It was mystified that in each pregnancy, the mild onset of lymphangitis was induced. The results of 7 cases mentioned above indicate that there may be some factors relating to the onset and discontinuation of lymphangitis in patients with filariasis.
