氯硝柳胺控释剂杀螺试验研究

摘　　要：经室内、外灭螺试验表明，１０％氯硝柳胺控释剂不仅近期灭螺效果好，而且具有良好的长效灭螺作用．现场施用控释剂３—７ｇ／ｍ２后７天，钉螺死亡率为９０．２５—９７．４７％，３０天为８０—９７．３０％．远期效果明显，施药后１年活螺密度下降率达８４．３—９６．０５％．施用控释剂还可减轻对鱼类的毒性，鱼塘四周撒控释剂３、５ｇ／ｍ２，未发现对塘内鱼的存活有何影响，而喷洒氯硝柳胺糊剂组（２ｇ／ｍ２），鱼苗死亡６０％．本剂型使用方便，适用于山区、湖区，特别是那些缺乏水源，用常规是杀或喷洒法灭螺有困难的地区．Laboratory trails showed that CRFN developed by us had a good instant mollusciciding effect. The LC50 of CRFN and original niclosamide powder were 0.1296 and 0. 1244 mg/L respectively at 48 hours by immersing. In field application, it had not only good instant effect but long term effect for at least one year. The death rate of snail was 90. 25-97.47% at the dosage of 3-7g/m2 7 days, and 80-97. 30% 30 days after CRFN being spread in the field.Density of living snails decreased by 84. 30-96. 05% 1 year after treatment with CRFN,while it was only 46. 99% in spraying paste niclosamide group at dosage of 1g/m2.Toxicity test to fish showed that no death fish was found when CRFN was spread at 3g/m2 or 5g/m2 along bank of fish-raising ponds. However, the death rate of fish reached 60% at 2g/m2 of paste niclosamide by spraying.The formulation is suitable to kill snail both in mountainous and lake endemic regions,especially in higher risk snail habitats areas and complex circumstances or in sites where no water sources could be used or conventional method is difficult to perform.
