摘　　要：文章对影响陶瓷型尺寸精度和光洁度的因素进行了系统的试验研究,优选出最佳工艺参数,并研制出两种新的有机催化剂和一种新的处理工艺—浸稳定液处理,提高了陶瓷型的精度,浇注出粗糙度可达b的模具。In this paper, the influence factors upon the dimension precision and the finish of ceramic mold are researched. Based on this test, the optimum parameters are selected Two new kinds organic catalyzers and a new technique called dipping stable liquid- treatment are successfully developed, hence the precision of the ceramic mold are able to be improved,As a result, the roughness of the precision casting die producedjs up to grade
