摘 要:本文报道了孵育液两种pH条件下,卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴神经系统AChE组织化学定位的观察结果。孵育液pH5.0时.虫体仅能显示中枢神经节;而孵育液pH6.0时.则能获得虫体神经系统结构的完整图象,包括一对中枢神经节。由中枢神经节各向前、后发出的三对纵行神经干及一对咽神经、相邻神经干间的横向神经联系及腹神经干间的神经网,以及由神经干向口、腹吸盘、排泄孔及皮层下发出的细小神经分支等。结果提示,卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴神经系统结构虽发育较完整,但AChE活性相对较低。文中还对并殖吸虫神经系统结构特征的分类意义进行了讨论。The nervous structure of metacercaria of P. westermani was studied histochemically using acetylcholine iodide as a substrate. The results showed that when the worm samples were incubated under pH 5. 0 conditon, only two central ganglia situated anterior to the pharynx appeared. But when pH value of the incubation solution was 6. 0, the whole structure of the nervous system could be obSerVed. Its nervous structure consisted of a pair of central ganglia, 3 pairs of longitudinal nerve trunkes running anteriotly and anteriorly from the central ganglia, a pair of pharyngeal nerves, the transverse commissures between the trunkes and the nerve branches extened to Oral and ventral suckers, excretory pore and subtegument. It was suggested that the basic nervous structure of P. westermani had formed in the stage of metacercaria, but the AChE activity in the nervous system was relatively low. The signifficance of the characteristics of nervous structure on Paragonimidae classification was also discussed in the paper.
