摘  要:本文论述了硅溶胶涂料复合制壳工艺,研究了远红外热风联合干燥过程的物理化学变化,研制了几种复合界面强化液等等。生产实践表明,该工艺生产的精铸件表面粗糙度和尺寸精度比水玻璃型壳提高1~2级,生产成本比硅酸乙酯(30)型壳节约3900元/吨。The process of shell moulding with composite coatings of colloidal silica and sodium silicate is discussed in this paper. The physi-cochemical change during combined drying by far infraredhet blast is investigated. Several strengthening solutions for interface of the composite are developed.Practical experience shows that the process can improve the casting surface roughness and size precision 1-2 grade compared with process of the shell moulding with sodium silicate, and can reduce the production cost of castings 3900 yuan per ton comparad with process of the shell moulding with ethyl silicate (30) .
