摘  要:楔环阵列探测器是光电混合型功率谱分析系统实现光电转换的关键器件。本文报导了环探测单元没有角度盲区的新型楔环阵列探测器的设计、制造和特性。The self-designed and made wedge-ring detector comprises of a first and a second semi-circular sub-arrays. The first sub-array consisting of 32 wedge-shaped sections, is used to sample the directional information, while the second sub-array made up of 32 semi-circular rings is used for the radial information, in which the blindnes between the sub-arrays is avoided. The detector is made into a monolithic array of P on N silicon photovoltaic detector by forming a layer of P type silicon on the surface of a crystal of highly conductive N type silicou. Its response sensitivity is about 0.3mA/mW at 6328(?) and its element response ununiformity is within 10%.
