摘　　要：本文探讨了一种以制造微量模拟地震波来消耗地震能量,达到区域防灾目的的新途径。论述了在全新概念下进行积极防震之可能性。Here we probe into a new mode to expend earthquake energy by creating trace imitated earthquake waves in order to achieve the goal-area energy-dissipating. We also discuss the possibility of positive quakeproof under the entirely new conception.
