摘  要:N—1型内鼓轮式高速摄影机是与中科院力学所研制的脉冲 He—Ne 激光光源配套设计的。它的光学系统是由两路分离的光路(成像光路和取景光路)组成,以便于在装好胶片后进行取景调焦。在成像光路中,设有空间标记,可对被摄物体进行内定标测量。该机的装卸片装置结构简单,可保证在亮室下工作而不使胶片曝光。为与 He—Ne 脉冲激光光源匹配工作,该机还设有光电测速,转鼓速控及整个摄影过程的自动控制等电子控制装置。本文论述了有关原理以及关键部件——鼓轮的结构设计和强度计算。Department of Precision Instruments Engineering,Tianjin University,Tianjin,China The model N-1 rotating drum high speed camera has been desig-ned specially for the seource of the pulse He-Ne laser developed byMechanical Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences.The optical systemof the camera is composed of two groups of separated optical compon-ents-image-forming optical component and vicwfinder component,inorder to adjust the focussing after film loaded.There is a focus glasswith a series of space marks in the optical system,so that the objectto be photographed can be measured by the marks which were recordedin film with the images of the object.The loading and unloading filmmechanism from the drum is very simple it can be operated in bright-room and film can't be exposed.A series of electronic controlling devi-ces were assembled,which are the photoelectric device of measuring thespeed of rotating drum,the device of regulating the speed,and the au-tomatic control system of the whole process of photographing and soon,for completing synchronization of the access type rotating drumhigh speed camera working with the source of the pulse He-Ne laser.In this paper,the principles concerning the design of the camera isdiscussed,the structure design and the strengh calculation about themain part-the rotating drum are introduced also.
