摘  要:试验用鼠疫菌株0614F是自喜马拉雅早獭体内分离的毒力型菌株,通过挑选无毒的个体而获得,其毒力因子为PI^+、PI^+、VW^+、Pgm^-。经豚鼠多次传代,该菌株FI抗原含量高,通过动物亦无毒力增强现象,对豚鼠的免疫效果较EV兰株好,返祖实验中子代质粒与原代相同,无质粒的变异及丢失。采用皮下注射及皮上划痕两种途径免疫豚鼠,免疫3~6个月抗体水平随免疫时间推移逐渐下降,保护率亦随之下降。经加强免疫后对毒菌P_(141)50亿活菌的攻击全部得以保护,其保护率(100%)与EV兰株有明显差异,残余毒力也略高于EV兰株。The experimental Y. pestis strain 0641F was cultivated with individual avi- rulent colonies picked out of a virulent strain isolated from Mormota himalaya-na, the virulent factors of which were FI, PI, VW, and Pgm. The cultivated strain, with a high level of FI antigen, did not increase its virulence after many passages in guinea pigs, moreover, its immunbgenici ty for the animal was greater than that induced by the strain EVL ; Atavistic experiment indicated that 0614F strain had the same plasmids as the original strain, i.e. no variation or Joss of plasmids was detected. Results showed, however, thar antibody valence and protective rate decresaed gradually with the time in a period of 3-6 months after the guinea pigs were vaccinated by subcutaneous injection and scarification. But after an intensive vaccination, the bacterin induced enough immu-nogenicity for all the guinea pigs against the challenge exposure with 5 billion live cells of the virulent strain P with a protective rate of 100%, showing significant difference from the EVL strain. Its remain toxicity, on the other hand, was slightly greater than that of EVL stran.
