KA8肽对酒精所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：采用经胃管给禁食大鼠注入１ｍＬ纯酒精造成胃粘膜损伤的方法，观察预先给予ＫＡ８肽对胃粘膜的保护作用，实验结果表明，注入１ｍＬ纯酒精１ｈ后，大鼠胃粘膜损伤严重，面积广泛。皮下注射ＫＡ８肽３０、６０μｇ／ｋｇ体重均可使酒精所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤明显减轻，损伤面积较对照组明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。由此推断，ＫＡ８肽对胃粘膜具有细胞保护作用。KA8 peptide is a C-terminal octapeptide (30～37) of oxyntomodulin 1～37. We previously reported that it could inhibit gastric acid secretion of rat induced by pentagastrin, cold-restraint and intracisteral TRH obviously. In our experiment ,KA8 peptide was injected to rats at a dose of 30 μg/kg body weight or 60 μg/kg body weight before 1 mL absolute ethanol was given to the animals through a gastric tube. The results showed that KA8 peptide could decrease ethanol-induced gastric erosion significantly, compared with control (P<0. 01). It suggests that KA8 peptide could have cytoprotective effect on gastric mucosa, and it might be beneficial in the treatment of a variety of diseases in which gastric mucosal injury is present.
