摘　　要：用皮肤覆盖创面，观察其对烧伤后肌腱修复的影响。结果显示，在损伤肌腱的表层，由于有正常皮肤组织的覆盖，使局部血液循环得到改善，因而减轻了损伤的程度，增强了再生的能力，有利于烧伤后的修复。This article reports the method of skin overlay to observe the influence of the tendon repair after burn.The results show that owing to the normal skin tissue overlay at the surface layer of the tendon, the local region gets better blood circulation. This leads to the decreaee of degree of injury and increase of regeneration capacity. The skin overlay is proved to be beneficial to tendon repair after burn.
