肺阻抗血流图与右心功能相关性研究

摘　　要：肺动脉高压和肺动脉压正常的慢阻肺肺心病患者其肺血流图指标有明显差异。右心功能与肺血流图有中度相关。建立的估计SV公式有较高实用价值。Right heart function (RHF, Fick'method) was taken in 17 patients with pulmonary heart disease(PHD) and in 17 patients with COPDD, both contrasted simultaneously with their electrical impedance rheopneumogramm(IPR). The parameters of the RHF were: SV(ml/stroke), CO(L/min) ,CI(L/min/m2). The parameters of IPR were: a(sec), Hs(o), Q-B(sec), B-Y(sec),Q-C(sec),B-F(sec),Q-CI,Q B/B-Y,et al, The parameters of IPR had significant difference between PHD and COPD. The paraments of IPR had higher linear correlation with RHF and their coefficient of correlation ranged from 0. 369 to 0.716, (P<0. 001) and the best correlation with SV. The regressional equation of SV was Follows:SV(ml) = 57. 27 + 240. 440Q-B+321. 18B-F-5- 35Cdz/dtmax-249. 37Q-CIR = 0. 789,F = 10. 35,SD=17. 16,P<0. 0001.The clinical effect demonstrated that the equation for the calculation of SV was satisfied.
