摘 要:将昆明种雌性小白鼠33只作为参考组,在不同年龄期随机抽样宰杀,用体视学(stere-ology)方法算出各年龄期大脑额叶皮质神经细胞参数,按年龄期将训练样品分为三类,各参数值作为指标值,用逐步判别分析法剔选指标,建立判别函数。将较长时期噪声作用后的小鼠,在性成熟期随机抽样宰杀,同法求出有关参数并代入判别函数,发现噪声影响了小白鼠神经元超微结构。Thirty-three kunming feruale mice were fed on normal forage as a control group and its nine neuronic uhrastructure morphologic parameters at the immature period, sex-mature period and aging period have been calculated by quantitative stereological methods, and then the discriminant function have been established by stepwise discriminant analysis. Sixteen female mice were fed on same forage and exert noise on them from day to day. These mice were killed at the sex-mature period, its neuronic uhrastructure morphologic parameters which relative to the discriminant function have been calculated by stereological methods too. These parameters were lead in discriminant function. We found that the neuronic uhrastructure was, affected by noise.
