摘　　要：本文用正交法做了提高某注射液合格率的试验，又做了重复性的试验及第二批验证性试验。接着，用单因素试验的方差分析法进行分析，找到了改进质量的措施。Abstract:This paper presents the experiments how to increase the quality of a injection using parameter design method. The iterative experiments and the second group confirmation experiments are explored. Then the analyses are done by.means of the method of mono-parametric variance analysis. The way to improve the quality is found. The successful application is obtained.
