河蟹人工育苗幼体饵料的研究

摘　　要：河蟹蚤状幼体前期以单胞藻、轮虫为主，后期以鱼糜为主，大眼幼体后以枝角类为主的饵料系列，作为河蟹人工育苗幼体饵料，成功育出了大眼幼体。１９９２年育苗６１３万只，平均出苗量９．７３万只／米＾３，平均成活率４４．８％。以鱼糜代替丰年虫的饵料成本仅为７％。The present experiment was carried out for the purpose of selecting suitable foods for the cultivation of the larvae of mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis). In the experiment, unicellular algae, rotifers, minced fish meat and cladoceran were used as food for zoeal-Ⅰ larvae, zoeal-Ⅱ larvae, zoeal Ⅲ - Ⅴ larvae and megalopal larvae respectively; as a result 6130 thousand megalopa were obtained in 63 M3 water body at a rate of 9. 73 thousand megalopa/M3 water body, and the survival rate was 44. 8%. The food cost of using this series of foods was 7% that of using Anemia salina as food in rearing larvae of mitten crab.
