中空纤维超滤膜后处理过程中的通量

摘　　要：本文研究了各种处理条件对中空纤维膜通量的影响，并引入了数理统计的一些分析方法对膜通量随机数据进行了分析。结果表明３０％的甘油及一天的浸泡时间足以维持膜晾干后的通量。最后利用Ｋｅｌｖｉｎ公式对后处理过程原理进行了部分讨论。The pretreating conditons such as concentration of treating agents,treating time,and humity of drying etc.were investigated.Some methods of mathematical statistics were employed toprocess the experimental data,especially those of membrane fluxes.The results showed that themembrane permeatability kept satisfactory when it was soaked in the aqueous solution of 30%glycerol,and 0.2% SDS for 1 day and they were discussed with Kelvin's equation.
