摘 要:本文介绍了采用膜分离技术从海带浸泡液提取甘露醇工艺中UF膜的污染及其危害以及为清洗该类污染膜中开发的PM型清洗剂和清洗工艺。结果表明,引起UF膜污染的主要因素是高分子有机物和胶体。膜被污染后通量迅速衰减。常规化学试剂和市售洗衣粉对该类污染物溶解性差。PM型清洗剂有较好的清洗效果。在200h以上的连续运行过程中,采用PM型清洗剂并配合专门开发工艺,对UF组件进行定期清洗,可使通量在恒定的运行压力下保持在80L/m2.h。保障了UF系统的稳定运行。The UF membranes fouling and the harmfulness caused by the fouling and the PM typecleansing agent and cleansing techniques developed for ridding the membranes of the fouling thathas formed during the extraction of mannitol from laminaria japonica extractive liquor usingmembrane separation technique were introduced systematically.The major pollulants fouling themembrane were macromolecular organic compounds and colloids.Fouling caused the attenuationof membranes flux.The PM type cleansing agent that had been developed specifically for thiscleansing had a satisfactory effect in eliminating the fouling. Combining the periodical cleansingusing the agent with the synergism of the particularly designed cleansing techniques in treatingUF modules,the flux could be maintained at 80 L/m'h under the constant operational pressureand a stable operation of the UF system could be guaranteed.
