山美水库防洪优化调度的应用研究

摘  要:在深入分析山美水库与晋江下游水文特性的基础上,结合水库主体工程现状及水库下游的社会经济分布状况,在不改变主体工程的条件下,通过防洪优化调度,使得满足下游防洪要求所需的防洪库容最小,并最大限度地提高汛期限制水位,从而增加发电量和对下游的供水量。In the light of the present status of its main engineering structures and the socio-economic distribution in the downstream area, optimum operation programme for flood control of the reservoir was worked out based on analyzing hydrological characteristics of Shanmei reservoir and the downstream of the Jinjiang river. Without chansing the main ensineering structures, through optimum operation for flood control, the storage reservation for flood control to meet flood control requirements on the downstrem is declined to minimum and, at the meantime, the flood lift is raised to the greatest extent. So, both POwer generation and water supply are increased.
