摘　　要：中性染料以中性或弱酸性低温起染工艺染色真丝绸时，由于染料沉淀或凝聚，容易引起色点病疵，文中在分析色点成因及中性染料染色性能的基础上，采用微碱性高温起染工艺，解决了色点病疵，成品匀染效果良好，并对稳定色光、控制色差有利，提高了产品质量。Dye spots are prone to occur in silk fabrics initial dyeing with neutral or weak-acid dyes at a low temperature. On the basis of analysing the cause of dye spots and dyeing property of neutral dyes, it is found that the fabric weak-acid initial dyeing can be carried out at a high temperature,resulting in better quality products with even dyeing effects due to higher stable shades.
