摘 要:介绍一种新的胃排空时间测定方法—磁性示踪测定法。将2g 磁性示踪剂混合于试餐,以磁通门磁强计体表测定胃内磁场的消减。以胃磁场峰值后30分,60分,90分,120分胃内磁场滞留百分数计算出胃的半排空时间。32例健康人面包餐、液体餐及鸡肝餐的胃半排空时间分别为0.95±0.39小时,0.55±0.44及1.00±0.41小时;胃全排空时间分别为4.40±1.39小时、3.30±1.84小时及5.43±1.72小时。与文献报告同位素法测定液相及固相胃排空的数据基本相符。以钡剂与磁示踪做同体同时测定胃排空对比,结果基本一致。讨论了胃排空时间的变异性及试餐的质与量对胃排空时间的影响。A new method of measuring the gastric emptying time-magnetic tracing methodwas introduced.2 gms of magnetic tracer reagent was mixed into the test meal.Mag-netic fluxgaet magnetometer was used to measure the diminution and disappearanceof the magnetic field in the stomach on its body surface.The percentages of theresidue of the magnetic field in the stomach 30min,60min,90min and 120min,afterthe peak value of the gastric magnetic field were used to calculate the gastric halfemptying time.The gastric half emptying times of bread meal,liquid meal and chickenliver meal among 32 cases of healthy people were 0.95±0.39hrs,0.55±0.44hrs and1.00±0.41hrs respectively.The gastric total emptying times were 4.40±1.39hrs,3.30±1.84hrs and 5.43±1.72hrs respectively.They were consistent with the data of thegastric emptying times of the liquid phase and solid phase determined by the isotopemethod reported in the literature.The comparative results of the gastric emptymeasured by barium and megnetic tracer on the same person simultaneously were simi-lar.The variations of the healthy people's gastric emptying time and the influenceof the quality and quantity of the test meals to the gastric emptying times were discussed.
