聋哑儿童脑干听觉诱发电位的临床研究(105例分析)

摘　　要：本文报道105例聋哑儿童的脑干听觉诱发电位测定(BAEP)。其中以氨基糖甙类抗生素药物中毒致聋为主89侧(80%以上),BAEP 表现为周围听神经损伤(Ⅰ,Ⅱ波消失)。而脑炎后遗症 BAEP 的Ⅰ—Ⅴ波各波潜伏期与正常对照组无明显差异。这提示氨基糖甙类抗生素致聋主要损伤耳蜗;而脑炎后遗症则损伤中枢。周围性损伤的治愈机会较大。Determinations of BAEP of 105 deaf-mute children were reported,of which,89cases were caused by intoxication of aminoglycoside antibiotic (over 80%).BAEPreveated the impairment of peripheral auditory nerve (disappearance of wave Ⅰ andwave Ⅱ).But the latent periods from wave I to wave V of BAEP in postencephalitisshowed no obvious difference with those of normal control groups.It was suggestedthat deafness resulting from aminoglycoside antibiotic might be mainly associatedwith impairment of the cochlea while in postencephalitis impairment of the centreof the brain.Accordingly,deafness'related to peripheral nerve impairment hada greater possibility to be cured.
