用阻抗法测定陈旧性心肌梗塞患者静息与运动中的心搏出量、心输出量及心指数

摘　　要：本文用阻抗法测定30例陈旧性心肌梗塞患者在静息与运动过程中心率、心输出量及心指数,提示陈旧心肌梗塞患者在静息时 SV、CO、CI 低于正常人,在运动过程中30例中有29例随运动量增加,因 SV 下降导致 CO、CI 下降,当出现终止运动指征的症状或心电图改变时,CO、CI 亦呈最低值。Stroke volume,cardiac output and cardiac index were measured using impe-dance method at rest and during exercise in 30 patients with old myocardial infarc-tion.The result showed that all three parameters were lower in patients than thosein normal subjects.Accompanying with the increase of exercise load,cardiac output and cardiacindex decreased as a result of decrease of stroke volum in 29 patient.The exercise was terminated when some symptoms or EKG changes appeared,the cardiac output and cardiac index were at the lowest values.
