天津市部分地区儿童急性咽结合膜热病毒病因的研究

摘　　要：急性咽结合膜热(Acute Pharyngo Conjunctival Fever)是病毒引起的眼结合膜和咽炎的急性传染病,国内外的研究表明腺病毒3、7、8和14型为该病的主要病因。我们对1987年秋在天津市部分地区小学生中流行的急性咽结合膜热进行了病原学研究,从患儿中分离鉴定出19株3型腺病毒和14株4型腺病毒,通过临床和血清学研究确定了所分离的3、4型腺病毒为本次流行的病因。Acute Pharyngo-conjunctival Fever (APCF)is an acute infectious disease ofconjunctivitis and pharyngitis caused by virus.Studies at home and abroad haveshown that type 3,7,8 and 14 adenoviruses are the main cause of this disease.Anetiological research was made on APCF epidemic among primary school students inTianjin in August,1987.19 strains of type 3 and 14 strains of type 4 adenoviruseswere isolated and identified respectivoly from these sick children.Clinical andserological studies confirmed that type 3 and 4 adenoviruses isolated were thepathogenic agents of these APCF epidemics.
