摘　　要：鼾症多发生于50岁以上身体肥胖者,主要症状有鼾声过响及憋气,随年龄增加而症状逐渐加重。腭咽成形术疗效较好,本文报告121例手术效果,并介绍发病原因,临床表现及手术方法。Snoring diseases occur mostly in those persons who are fat and more than fifty years old.The main clinical symptoms are loud sound of snoring and suffocation.The older the patient is,the more serious his symptoms are.The therapeutic effectof palatopharyngoplasty is good.The result of one hundred and twenty-one caseswho had undergone the operation was reported and the cause of the disease,clinicalsymptoms and the operative procedures were intruduced.
