家兔内脏大神经冲动在延髓内的投射及针刺对内脏─延髓诱发电位的影响

摘  要:以延髓诱发电位作为内脏痛反应指标,用电刺激内脏大神经中枢端,观察13只兔内脏痛在延髓的投射。发现象兔内脏大神经冲动在延髓内呈广泛投射,其相对集中区域是在闩前2—5毫米,距中线2.5毫米内,深度为2—4毫米处,此中心区大致相当于延髓网状结构的部位。电针拟“足三里”穴可以抑制内脏大神经冲动在延髓内的诱发电位。实验表明,家兔延髓不仅是内赃痛传导的中继站,而且是针刺镇内脏痛的一个重要部位。Experiments were performed on 13 rabbits. The evoked potential by electrical stimulation of the central end of the splanchnic nerve which appeared in the medulla has been used as one of the objective indicators to observe visceral pain reaction. As a result,the impulses of the splanchnic nerve are distributed widely in the medulla and the central representative points are relatively concentrated,ranging from 2-5mm rostral to obex,within 2.5mm from the midline and 2-4mm depth from the floor of the IV ventricle. It corresponds with the reticular formation of the medulla.We also found that the evoked potential elicited by stimulation of the splanchnic nerve can be inhibited by acupuncture at zusanli,which suggests that the bulbar reticular formation not only were the relay station of visceral pain conduction but also were an important link of visceral pain inhibition by acupuncture.
