α_1－MG对肾功能评价的意义

摘　　要：用放射免疫分析法测定１０５例各种肾脏疾息病人的α１－ＭＧ和β２－ＭＧ，结果表明，血和尿液的α１－ＭＧ和β２－ＭＧ与肾疾患都有明显的相关性，其相关系数分别为０．７９００（血．ｎ＝５０）和０．７０９６（尿，ｎ＝５５）。在５５例尿液标本检测中，α１－ＭＧ升高者为３４例占６１．８％。β２－ＭＧ却正常。同时对２０例恶性肿瘤（肝癌除外）患者测定结果α１－ＭＧ为５１．９５±２３．５６ｍｇ／Ｌ（±ｓ），与正常参考值无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），β２－ＭＧ为３６０．７５±１５８．３８（ｘ±ｓ）与正常参考值有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．所以认为α１－ＭＧ是比β２－ＭＧ更灵敏、更特异的反映肾脏功能的指标。The authours determined serum and urine α1-MG andβ2-MG of patients with various renal diseases and the results showed that both blood and urine α1-MG andβ2-MG are significantly correlated with renal disease,=0.7900(for blood,n=50)and 0.7096 (for urine,n=55). of the result of 55 urine samples,those showed high level of α1-MG being 34 cases(61.8%)and those had high level of β2-MG being 29 cases(52.7%)and 6 of the latter showed high level of α1-MG and normal level of β2-MG, Meanwhile, the result of 20 malignant tumour cases(except hepatomas)showed significant difference of β2-MG with that of the refevence value(P<0.01)while α1-MG didn't(P>0.05).So it is said that α1-MG is the specific and sensitive parameter which refects renal function.
