摘　　要：本文根据地层的各向异性理论,论证了地层产状和井斜参数与机械铭速的关系.提出了相应的计算公式,讨论了在钻井设计中如何利用它们之问的影响关来以提高钻速的方法。On the basis of the formation anisotropy thcory,this article expounds and proves the relation be-tween formation occurrence,wcll deflection parameters and penetration rate,raises a relevant calcula-lion formula and discusses the method about how to utilize their interrelation to raise penetration rate indrilling design.
