摘 要:采用毛细管流变仪研究剪切速率、温度、增塑剂和填充剂用量对新型HMWPVC树脂流变性能的影响.结果表明,增塑HMWPVC树脂熔体为非牛顿型假塑性流体,树脂的颗粒结构越疏松,切敏性越大;该体系流动活化能较大,在研究的温区,随剪切速率的增加,活化能逐渐减小;随增塑剂用量的增加,体系表观粘度降低;随填充剂用量的增加,体系表观粘度增加,高剪切速率时,填充剂用量对表观粘度的影响很小.The effect of shear rate, temperature, plasticizer and filler content on the Theological properties of novel highmolecular-weight poly(vinyl chloride) (HMWPVC)resin were studied by means of capillary rheolom-er in this paper. The results indicated that the melt of HMWPVC resin was non - Newton type pseudoplastic fluid ; the more porpus the resin, the more sensitivity of shear rate, and the activation energy of the system was considerably high. In an experimental temperature region ,the flow activation energy decreased with the increase of shear rate. The results also indicated the apparent viscosity of the system decreased with the increase of the plasticizer content, and increased with the increase of the filler content. When the shear rate was high,the effect of filler content on the apparent viscosity was diminished.
