摘 要:本文利用单螺杆挤出机,采用电缆包覆式工艺,进行聚丙烯树脂包覆长碳纤维,然后再二次造粒,制备出长碳纤维/聚丙烯复合粒料.对此复合材料和原PP树脂的性能测试结果发现:因碳纤维表面未经处理,致使复合材料的拉伸强度、伸长率、缺口冲击强度较原PP树脂有一定程度地下降,而此复合材料的导电性却大大提高,结合其断口和横截面的电子扫描电镜照片,讨论了复合材料力学性能下降和电学性能提高的机理.Long carbon fiber was covered with PP resin on single screw extruder by cable-covering technology. The covered long CF was then blended in the extruder again to prepare long CF/PP composite. A determination of the property of PP resin and CF/PP composite showed since the surface of the long CF was not treated, the tensile strength, extensibility and notch impact strength of CF/PP composite were worse than those of PP resin. And yet the electric conductivity of the composite was greatly improved. The mechanism of a lower mechanical properties and better electric conductivity of the composite were discussed by means of SEM photographes of fracture and intersection surface of the composite in this paper.
