摘 要:为扩大高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的使用范围,提高其着色力和与其它聚合物的相容性,可在HDPE主链上引入极性基团对HDPE进行改性.本文研究HDPE溶液接技共聚改性,选用马来酸酐为接枝单体,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,二甲苯作溶剂.着重研究了反应时间、引发剂浓度、单体用量和体系浓度对接技共聚反应的影响.通过空气、氮气不同氛围下的比较,研究了氧气对接枝反应的影响,比较了高、低密度聚乙烯接枝反应的差别,并探讨了反应机理.In order to expand the application and improve the tinting power and compatibility of HDPE,polar group could be introduced to the main chain of HDPE. The solution graft copolymerization of HDPE,using maleic anhydride(MAH) as graft monomer,dibenzoyl peroxide as initiator and xylene as solution,was studied in this paper, with a stress on the effect of reaction time, initiator concentration on the graft copolymerization. The effect of O2 on the copolymeriztion was studied in different gas conditions,such as O2,N2 and others. A Study of the difference of the copolymerization of HDPE and LDPE was made and the reaction mechanism was also studied.
