摘　　要：本文综合考虑了实际生产中影响塑件尺寸的各种主要因素,分析了现行的注塑模模腔尺寸计算公式的不足之处,并分别用极限法和概率法推出了塑件尺寸公差与塑件尺寸、塑料收缩率的波动范围及模具制造偏差间的定量关系式,并进一步推导了模腔尺寸(型腔、型芯尺寸)的计算公式.The key factors that have affect on the dimension of plastics article are all studied in this paper. The inadequacy of the calculation formula used now for the cavity dimension of injection mold had been analyzed. A quantitative relative formula for the relation of dimension tolerance to dimension, the changing limits of plastics shrinkage rate, and the deviation in the manufacture of the mold had been worked out by means of limit process and probabilistic methods, and the calculation formula for the cavity dimension (mold core,mold cavity) was further worked out. The CAD program flow sheet for the calculation of cavity dimension is also given in this paper.
