老年人重症急性胆管炎的死因探讨

摘　　要：分析２５例老年人重症急性胆管炎（ＡＣＳＴ）的诸多死因，但其主因有临床表现不典型、体征与病理变化不一致而贻误诊治；因过分强调保守治疗而失去手术良机；围手术期准备不充分、处理不及时；手术方式选择不当和（或）术中未去除病因是造成死亡的直接原因。Ninty-eight patients over Sixty with acute colangitis of sever typewere admitted to the Dept.from January 1981 to December 1993,among them,25 diedwith the motality of 25.51%, The main causes were :some patients were wrongly diag-nosed because there nontypical manifestation and inconsistence of the pathologicalsigns; The opportunity was lost because of the consertive treatment;The preoperationalprparation was not adquate and the patients were not treated in time.anproper opera-tional method was taken or the functions of the main organs were not propped up duringthe treatment.The existence of there disease could also increase the mortality;but it wasnot the main cause.
