摘　　要：在小鼠背部Ｌ１－Ｓ１，贴敷２．７３ｇ／ｋｇ关节康复散，发现本品可明显对抗急性渗出性炎症（Ｐ＞０．０５）和慢性增殖性炎症（Ｐ＞０．０５），明显加快微血流速度（Ｐ＞０．００１），改善微循环障碍（Ｐ＞０．００１）并能提高痛阈（Ｐ＞０．０Ｄｌ），镇痛作用明显（Ｐ＞０．０１），并可持续４ｈ。本品对完整及破损皮肤均无刺激性。用２０ｇ／ｋｇ关节康复散分别经家兔完整及破损皮肤外敷时，未观察到局部吸收毒性和全身中毒的改变。When the Articular Recouery Powder was put on the back (L1-S1)of mouse ,we found that it could resist the acute exudative inflammation(P>0.0l)andthe chronic plastic inflammation(P>0.05).It could increase the speed of micro-circu-lation(P>0.001)and improve the micro-circulation(P>0.01).It could raise thealgesthesia level and it s antialgia function could kept up for 4 hours(P>0.01).It hadneither the dermatic stmulation nor the acute toxic reactions when the Articular Recov-ery Powder(20g/kg)was given to the healthy and injured skin of rabbits.
