灰色关联分析在疲劳强度中的应用

摘　　要：钢材的疲劳极限是对机器零件进行抗疲劳设计及可靠性分析的必需数据，但许多钢材的疲劳极限数据往往很难查找。本文运用灰色系统理论对σ０．２、σｂ、σＭＣ、σ－１进行了关联度分析，给出了用σ０．２或ＲＭＣ计算σ－１的估算式。Fatigue strength of steel is an essential parameter in designing mechanical parts and analysing their reliability,but fatigue strength of steel is difficult' to be got in manufacture. In this paper the incidence analysis to σ0.2 ,σb,RMC and σ-1 is carried out by using the grey system analysis and an expression to estimate the σ-1 from σ0.2or RMC of some steel.The relative error of estimated values is lower than other methods.
