摘　　要：从资源、能源、环境和工程经济等背景分析出发，对比了当代电炉流程和高炉一转炉流程的竞争性，讨论了电炉流程现在与未来的产品领域和市场前景，提出了若干类型电炉流程企业结构优化的参考模式。Based on the background analySes of resources, power source,environment and engineering economy, the contemporary EAF mini mill are con.pared with blast furnace-- converter route, and therecent and future product development and market of mini mill are discussed. The varieties of optimizing enterprise organization are also presented in this article.
