摘　　要：描述用真空密封造型法生产钢琴弦板和减速器壳铸件的实践及现场测试。研究了真空密封造型生产铸件的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及铸件表面层微观组织，同时也提出了工艺设计及“Ｖ”法生产中应注意的事项和措施，以便推广应用“Ｖ”法工艺。The insulating and strength properties are importent parameters to evaluate perma nent mold coatings.The paper presents two methods,namely,the soaking method for meaeuring thermal conductivity and the drawing method for shearing strength of the coatings,thus provid ing relislle basis for testing and eoaluating coating mixtures.
