摘  要:本研究通过运动性闭经促性腺激素分泌特点动物模型的建立,观察血浆黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)浓度的变化,同时观察促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)和纳洛酮对血浆LH水平的影响,以探讨下丘脑—垂体功能及运动性动情周期抑制的发生机制。In ordet to study the mechanism of athletic amenorrhea,we devised an animal model with characteristics of gonadotropin secretion.Typical changes of vaginal cell in cycles occur when rats reach sex maturity.Daily vaginal smears revealed that estrous cycles were gradually suppressed in the female rats with exhausting training,while cycles remained normal in the control rats.The plasma LH levels before and after intravenous injection of LHRH,naloxone and normal saline for exercise-trained rats were determined.Compared with the control rats the exercise-trained rats showed lower baseline levels of LH (P<0.05),but changes of FSH were not significant.LH release was induced by extraneous injection of LHRH,the concentration of LH in plasma reached peak level in 60 minutes after injection,and it returned to normal in 120 minutes after injection.Naloxone could also increase the secretion of LH (P<0.05). The results suggest that the suppression of estrous cycle in rats is closely associated with exercise training.The pituitary responsiveness to LHRH stimulation was not impaired.Strenuous exercise might increase the concentration of endogenous opioid peptide (EOP).which inhibited LHRH release in the hypothalamus.Therefore,plasma LH level decreased,which led to the suppression of estrous cycle.This study could be of value in further research into the mechanism of athletic amenorrhes in female athletes.
