摘　　要：本文通过967例糖尿病和/或高脂血症与老年胆结石的相关性研究发现,血糖、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度的升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度的降低,以及胆结石家族史是老年胆结石的危险因素。This artical reported a relativity study on 967 older patients with diabetes or hyperlipoproteinemia and gallstone disease- The results showed that the increase of blood glucose, serum total cholesterol (TC), serum triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and the decrease of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and the family history of gallstone disease were risk factors of gallstone disease in the aged.
