慢性肾功能不全患者血清骨钙素的变化

摘　　要：对35例慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者的血清骨钙素(BGP)进行了测定,结果显示其血清BGP水平升高(P<0.01)。其中肾性骨病组血清BGP23.74±31.42μg/L,无肾性骨病组血清BGP9.63±5.73μg/L,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。16位血液透析(血透)患者在一次血透治疗开始与结束时血清BGP无明显变化(14.44±19.97μg/L比9.02±6.15μg/L,P>0.05)。本资料表明,CRF患者血清BGP升高,测定血BGP对诊断肾性骨病有重要价值。Predictive value of the serum levels of bone gla-protein (BGP) was evaluat d in 35 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Values for BGP were above normal in all patients with CRF (.P<0.01) and extremely elevated in renal osteodystrophy . (ROD) (23.74131.42 μg/L vs. 9.63 ± 5.73 μg/L, P<0.05). Plasma BGP levels measured before and after receiving a treatment of hemodialysis in 16 patients had no significant changes (14.44 ± 19.97μg/L vs. 9.02 ± 6.15μg/L, P>0.05). Our data agreed that serum BGP provided a useful technique in the diagnosis of patients with renal osteodystrophy.
