大鼠脾气虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型的实验研究——胃粘膜病理形态及超微结构改变的研究

摘　　要：本研究采用2％水杨酸钠溶液灌胃及饥饱失常、劳倦过度等方法,塑造大鼠脾气虚型CAG模型,对其胃粘膜病理形态及超微结构的观察结果表明:模型大鼠胃粘膜出现慢性萎缩性胃炎样改变,部分动物出现明显的肠上皮化生,其超微结构也显示相应病变,结合宏观表现和功能代谢的观察结果,证明该动物模型的塑造是成功的,为中西医结合研究脾气虚型CAG的病证演变规律提供了较为可靠的手段。We made CAG rat models (Deficiency of spleen-Qi type) using enema with 2% sodium salicylate, irregular fasting, and compulsive running and swimming as pathogenic factors. The pathologico-morphological and ultra structure changes of gastric mucosa were as follows: the thinness of the rat's gastric mucosa, atrophy of glands, notable inflammatory infiltration of mucosa and under-mucosa, the trend to form lymph nodes, reduction of parietal cells and chief cells, empty foam degeneration of parietal cells, intestinal metaplasia and reduction of G-cells in gastric sinus. The pathological changes were similar to that of clinical CAG. the pathologic changes in model-making prevention group were slight as compared with model-making group. The model making group provided a reliable model to research the development principles of CAG (Spleen-Qi Deficiency type).
