应用SPECT装置对胆囊结石患者胆囊运动功能的研究

摘　　要：胆囊运动功能的改变是胆囊结石形成的主要因素之一。应用^(99m)Tc-EHIDA为显像剂,通过SPECT装置及计算机系统定量地研究胆囊运动功能,并研究了脂肪餐刺激对正常受试者和胆囊结石患者胆囊运动的影响。结果表明:潜伏期和排胆期在两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。排胆分数和排胆率在两组间存在显著性差异(P<0.001),胆囊结石组明显低于正常对照组。说明胆囊结石患者的胆囊运动功能是降低的。With a scintigraphic technique using SPECT device and computed system for quantitative analysis of gallbladder motor function and uising Tc-99m EHIDA as hepatobiliary agent, we studied motor functions of the gallbladder in 5 normal subjects and 7 patients with gallstone, one. The results showed that in patients with gallstones the mean latent period and emptying period did not differ significantly from normal valuie (P>0.05), but the mean ejection fraction and emptying rate of the patients were markedly lower than the normal Subjects (P<0.001). This suggests that the motor function of gallbladder in patients with gallstones is decreased.
