射频消融房室旁路治疗室上性心动过速

摘　　要：对27例WPW综合征(13例显性,14例隐性)患者的29条旁路进行了导管射频消融,其中左侧旁路23条,右侧旁路6条。当时成功率为100％。术后检查7例CPK酶轻度增高,1例有少量心包积液,余未见任何严重并发症。随访1.5～24个月,1例复发,总成功率为96.5％。Twenty-nine atrio ventricular accessory pathways in 27 patients with WPW syndrome were ablated with, radiofrequency current. It included 15 males and 12 fameles, aged 19-63 (37.8±17.8) years old, 13 cases with overt preexcitation and 14 cases with concealed accessory pathways. There were 23 accessory pathways located on the left side of the heart, 6 pathways on the right side. The ablation was succeeded in 26 patients. (96%). After ablation procedure, plasma CPK increased moderately in 7 patients (25.9%), and a patient had a few pericrardial fluid, but there was no other severe complication. Catheter ablation, of accessory pathways with radiofrequency current is a safe and effective method for patients with supraventricular tachycardia mediated by these pathways.
