摘 要:本文以实测的转8A铸钢侧架随机载荷谱为依据,采用实测的ZG230─450铸钢材料的有关材料参数和S─N曲线,用局部应力─应变法加上断裂力学方法估算了该侧架的疲劳总寿命,并与名义应力法计算结果进行了比较。计算表明,两种方法所得的疲劳总寿命基本是一致的。本文还对侧架在恒幅脉动载荷作用下用局部应力─应变所得的侧架疲劳裂纹形成寿命进行了实验验证,其结果也是令人满意的。Based on the statistical random load spectrum of cast steel side frame in truck 8A and some material parameters and S-N curve of cast steel ZG230-450,the total fatigue life of the side frame is predicted by way of local stress-strain approach and fracture mechanicsmethod. The result is compared with that calculated by way of the name strain method.Calculation shows that the results got by both ways are basically the same. Besides,the fatiguecrack initiation life of the side frame calculated by way of local stress-strain method underconstant stress cycling is also tested, which has a satisfactory result.
