比色法测定TRODAT-1冻干品中氟化亚锡含量

摘　　要：目的:测定自制的TRODAT-1冻干品中氟化亚锡含量。方法:在酸性条件下,用钼酸钠-硫氰酸钾比色法测定。结果:亚锡在5—50μg内线性关系良好,低、中、高三浓度平均回收率分别为100.1%,97.3%,99.7%;RSD分别为3.57%,2.98%,3.15%(n=8)。结论:用比色法测定TRODAT-1冻干品中亚锡含量,方法简便,结果满意,可用于冻干品中氟化亚锡的质量控制。Objective: To determinate the content of stannous fluoride in TROD AT-1 kit made by ourselves. Method: Sn (Ⅱ ) is determinated by colorimetry with sodium molybdate and potassium thiocyanate in acid condition. Result: The linearity of Sn(Ⅱ ) was favorable in the range of 5-50 μg. The average recovery was 100.1% , 97.3% ,99.7% and the relative standard deviation was 3.57% ,2.98% ,3.15% respectively. Conclusion: Colorimetric determination of stannous fluoride is easily, and the result is satisfactory. It can be applied for quality control of stannous fluoride in kit.
